Come play & train w/ some awesome acro friends!! Newbie & advanced acrobats always welcome :).

Acroyoga is partner acrobatics mixed with techniques from yoga, gymnastics, dance, cheer, and even healing arts such as Thai massage. It's more fun than you thought possible, and more accessible than you think!

Join us for open play, goofiness, rad skills, and new friends! Spend your Friday evening working on what moves you - acro, handstands, balance board, counterbalances, etc. All levels welcome, and no partner or experience necessary. Can't make this event? No worries, come next week since they occur every Friday (as long as people continue to show interest & show up). 

*** Disclaimer *** Acro yoga can be a dangerous physical activity. Attentive spotting can reduce the risk of injury by a lot. Please do the following:
1. Work in groups of 3 (at least until you’re calibrated w/ your partner & have experience doing the poses or flows)
2. Communicate frequently. When flyer or base says “DOWN” spotters be ready to help
3. Don’t be afraid to ask for a spotter who is experienced to help in something new that makes you nervous
