**📆 When:** Monday–Friday, 9 AM–12 PM and 2 PM–5 PM

**💻 How:** Productive sprints of 45-55 min, with rests in between for chatting, unwinding, and connection.

Note: **Playing pickleball is optional and it costs $5 M-F 7am-4pm, or $15 otherwise**. Paddles can be rented for an additional fee.
