Join Spiritchill Wellness and Coach Ju for a 60-minute community mobility and strength experience designed to help you move with confidence, build functional strength, and connect with others in a supportive environment.

Led by Coach Ju, a dynamic performance coach known for bringing incredible energy and motivation, and the Spiritchill Wellness team, this session combines intentional mobility work with full-body strength exercises to improve flexibility, stability, balance, and overall movement quality.

Whether you’re just beginning your fitness journey or looking to enhance your performance, this workout is adaptable for all fitness levels. Expect expert coaching, positive vibes, and a welcoming community that encourages you to challenge yourself at your own pace.

General Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

By registering for or participating in any event, class, workshop, program, retreat, or activity hosted, organized, or facilitated by **Spiritchill LLC** ("Spiritchill"), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation

I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I may discontinue participation at any time if I feel discomfort, pain, fatigue, or believe it is unsafe to continue.

2. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in wellness, fitness, recreational, and community activities involves inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the level of care exercised by Spiritchill.

These activities may include, but are not limited to:

- Walking
- Running
- Hiking
- Yoga (including aerial, restorative, power, hot, chair, and other styles)
- Pilates
- Breathwork
- Meditation
- Sound baths
- Mobility and flexibility training
- Stretching
- Strength training
- Functional fitness
- HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
- Circuit training
- Dance-based fitness
- Bootcamps
- Group fitness classes
- Recovery sessions
- Wellness workshops
- Outdoor activities
- Community events
- Any other physical, recreational, educational, or wellness experiences hosted by Spiritchill.

I understand these activities may involve risks including, but not limited to:

- Slips, trips, and falls
- Muscle strains or tears
- Sprains
- Broken bones
- Heat-related illness
- Dehydration
- Cardiac events
- Allergic reactions
- Equipment failure
- Exposure to weather conditions
- Uneven terrain
- Interaction with traffic, cyclists, pedestrians, or wildlife
- Other known and unknown risks that could result in injury, illness, disability, property damage, or death.

I voluntarily assume all such risks.

3. Medical Acknowledgment

I certify that I am physically capable of participating in the activities I choose to attend.

I understand that Spiritchill does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or emergency medical services.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult my physician before participating if I have any medical concerns, injuries, illnesses, or health conditions.

4. Personal Responsibility

I agree to:

- Participate within my own physical abilities.
- Modify exercises as needed.
- Follow all instructions provided by facilitators.
- Use equipment responsibly.
- Wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
- Stay hydrated.
- Notify an instructor immediately if I experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.
- Respect fellow participants and the surrounding environment.

5. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Spiritchill LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, volunteers, partners, sponsors, affiliates, venues, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation, including those resulting from ordinary negligence.

This release applies to personal injury, illness, disability, death, property damage, and any other loss sustained before, during, or after participation.

6. Emergency Medical Care

If I become ill or injured during an event and I am unable to make decisions for myself, I authorize Spiritchill to obtain emergency medical assistance on my behalf.

I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

7. Photography & Media Release

I grant Spiritchill LLC permission to photograph, record, and capture my image, voice, and likeness during any event.

I authorize Spiritchill to use these materials for promotional, educational, advertising, social media, website, print, and marketing purposes without compensation.

If I prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, I agree to notify a Spiritchill team member before the event begins.

8. Code of Conduct

Spiritchill is committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.

I agree to:

- Treat all participants with respect.
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
- Follow venue rules and instructor guidance.
- Respect shared community spaces.

Spiritchill reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior compromises the safety or experience of others.

9. Weather & Event Changes

Outdoor events may be modified, postponed, relocated, or canceled due to weather, environmental conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

Spiritchill reserves the right to make these decisions in the interest of participant safety.

10. Personal Property

I understand that Spiritchill is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to any event.

11. Electronic Agreement

By registering for, purchasing, checking in to, or participating in any Spiritchill event, I acknowledge that:

- I have carefully read this Waiver and Release of Liability.
- I fully understand its contents.
- I understand that I am giving up certain legal rights.
- I voluntarily agree to all terms and conditions contained herein.

This electronic acknowledgment shall have the same legal effect as my handwritten signature.
