Join us for a yoga flow and dance-style fitness class for everyone!&#x20;

Start your afternoon by grounding yourself,  finding security, and activating your self-assurance through an all-levels yoga flow at 1:30pm.

Next, if you've been wanting to try dance fitness, you can use your new enhanced confidence to give it a try! You'll follow along in this fun, moderately paced dance cardio class at 2:30pm.

Wellness4Every1 will be collecting donations on-site to support arts, sports, and wellness programs in Chicago schools. Try out something new and help make a difference in our community!

Please note: the studio is on a busy street, so allow additional time for parking.&#x20;
