A new moon is a natural pause — a chance to get quiet, clear some space, and decide what you want to carry forward.

This 60-minute experience will begin with gentle breathwork to help you settle into your body, followed by an immersive sound bath using crystal singing bowls. We’ll close with a few quiet moments for reflection and intention-setting.

No experience with breathwork or sound baths is needed. Just come as you are, bring a mat or blanket, and give yourself permission to slow down for the evening.
