Rising Lotus & Yoga with Komz invites you to a powerful 2-hour event to release, rest, and restore in community under the moon on Saturday November 15th from 7:30-9:30PM at Flow Yoga Northloop.

✨Immerse yourself in the healing power of sound and ease your body with restorative yoga and hands-on-assists/massage for myofascial release.

✨WHAT TO EXPECT:
-Opening welcome circle to connect and meet new people in an intentional way
-Slow Flow: Slow and intentional movements focused on bigger joints and muscle groups
-Restorative Yoga: Use props and passive shapes to target your fascia and ligaments
-Hands on Assists: Enjoy massages and adjustments during your yoga practice to release specific pressure points *conducted by certified RYTs Julia Burge @julia_lauren11 & Komal Mokha @komokha 
-Sound Bath: FREQUENCY HEALS. Bathe your body in the sounds of various frequencies from crystal quartz sound bowls and chimes to heal from the inside.
