New Year, New Her: A Wellness Party

Hosted + Curated by Amaya Monae, New Year, New Her is an elevated, daytime wellness experience designed as an intentional alternative to traditional New Year’s nightlife. Presented by BHERA Wellness x BODYBAR Chicago, this immersive day party invites women to begin 2026 grounded, clear, and aligned.

Guests will flow through their selected session, including a choice between reformer or mat Pilates movement , grounding sound bowl meditation and somatic therapy, and a signature BHERA Healing Sister Circle designed to encourage reflection, connection, and renewal. Throughout the experience, attendees will enjoy guided journaling, elevated brand activations, clean beauty skincare and haircare, custom mixed perfume samples, caviar tasting and education, fresh kombucha refreshments, and exclusive merch giveaways.

Each session concludes with an elevated networking mixer and photo moments offering space to connect with like-minded women, celebrate the reset, and step into the new year in alignment.
