AthletEX is having our monthly summer GAMEDAY series in NY&#x43;**—**&#x61;n event for former college and pro athletes featuring fitness, recovery, and social experiences all in on&#x65;**!** In partnership with **The Hidden Opponent**, the leading nonprofit for athlete mental health, we’re bridging the gap between support for current athletes and life after sport.

Join us for a morning of working out, cold plunging, normatecs, and goodies provided by our favorite brand partners!

**THE GAMEPLAN:**

🏋️‍♂️ **Mobility and Stretch Session** - **MotivNY** providing a mobility session and athlete testing! Test your strength and competitive spirit with dynamic strength testing for a chance to win a free physical therapy evaluation!

🧊 **Cold Plunging -** led by Nike Global Trainer Lauren Schramm + Head Coach of Ice Cold Club.

⚡️ **Recovery Lounge** - Unwind post-workout with Normatecs, cold plunging, massage guns, recovery tools, and snacks to keep you fueled and feeling good.
