By registering for and/or participating in the **Perreo & Pilates event on September 13, 2026 at Taco Kat, in collaboration with Socialista Club and HiLi Fitness**, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

### ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I understand that participation in Pilates, fitness classes, movement activities, and other activities associated with this event involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, strains, sprains, injury, illness, or other physical harm.

I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with my participation. I confirm that I am physically able to participate and understand that I am responsible for determining whether any activity is appropriate for me. I agree to stop participating if I experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other unusual discomfort.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless **Socialista Club LLC, HiLi Fitness, Taco Kat, participating instructors, event staff, contractors, vendors, sponsors, partners, and their respective owners, employees, representatives, and affiliates** from claims or liability arising from my participation in the event, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be waived.

### PERSONAL PROPERTY

I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings during the event. The released parties are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

### PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

I understand that photography and videography may take place throughout the event. By attending, I grant Socialista Club LLC and its event partners permission to photograph, film, and record me and to use this content for promotional, marketing, social media, advertising, and other business purposes without compensation.

EVENT POLICIES

I agree to follow reasonable instructions provided by instructors and event staff and to conduct myself in a manner that does not create a safety risk for myself or others.
