*Pickle N’ Chill × The Village at Grand Hyatt Resort*

Ever been asked, “What level do you play? or What's your DUPR?” and had no idea what to say? This night is for you.

We will have a coach for you to assign you DUPR Rating. Come play pickleball with us, meet people who love the game, and get match results on the board toward your **DUPR rating**. DUPR is a number based on your play that helps you find good matchups and choose the right division for future tournaments.

**Brand new?** Start building your rating. **Already have one?** Add more matches and see where your game stands. Every level is welcome, and you don’t need a tournament partner to come out.

You’ll leave with a better sense of your game and, hopefully, a few new people you’ll want to play with again. If pickleball has been on your calendar lately, this is the night to be there.

**Before you arrive:** Create or claim your free DUPR account so your matches can count toward your rating. Your rating becomes more reliable as you log more games.

Waiver and Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in activities, events, or programs organized by [N’ Chill Haus] (the "Club"), I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that participation in pickleball and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, overexertion, and other physical injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in such activities, including any risk of personal injury, property damage, or death.
Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Club, its members, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to my participation in Club activities, including but not limited to claims arising from negligence or breach of duty.
Medical Authorization: In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize the Club to provide or arrange for medical treatment and agree to bear any costs arising from such treatment.
Photo/Video Release: I grant the Club permission to capture and use photographs or videos of me during Club activities for promotional, educational, or other lawful purposes. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final product and understand that no compensation will be provided for such use.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Club and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of my participation in Club activities or any breach of this agreement.
Compliance with Rules: I agree to follow all rules, regulations, and safety instructions provided by the Club during my participation. Failure to comply may result in my removal from activities without refund or recourse.
Severability: If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
