Each week focuses on different areas of the body—core, arms, glutes, posture, and intentional full-body stretching—to keep your practice balanced, effective, and refreshing.

This low-impact, athletic class is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay connected to your body—no matter your experience level.

Sparc Collective Liability & Media Release Waiver


By participating in any class, workshop, or event hosted by Sparc Collective, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that fitness, barre, pickleball, and other physical activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, strains, sprains, or other injuries. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks associated with my participation.

2. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Sparc Collective, its owners, instructors, staff, volunteers, and venue partners from any and all claims, injuries, accidents, damages, or losses that may occur before, during, or after participation. This release applies to all claims, whether arising from negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Fitness to Participate

I certify that I am physically able to participate in the activities offered. I agree to listen to my body, modify exercises as needed, and stop participating if I feel pain, discomfort, or unsafe in any way. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult with a healthcare provider prior to participation if necessary.

4. Personal Property

I understand that Sparc Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

5. Media Release (Automatic by Attendance)

I acknowledge that by attending any Sparc Collective class or event, I grant full permission for photos or videos of me to be taken and used by Sparc Collective for promotional, marketing, educational, or social media purposes, without compensation. I waive any rights to inspect or approve the final materials.

6. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Liability & Media Release Waiver. I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that Sparc Collective is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur.
