* &#x20;9:00 AM - Check in starts
* &#x20;9:30 AM - 🧘‍♀️🎾 Circuit style 60-min classes begin led by ParkPilates (Mat Pilates) and Bay Padel (Padel/Pickleball, and Strength)
  * Please **bring your own yoga mat** for the pilates portion
  * Rackets will be provided by Bay Padel
* 12:00 PM - **Access to Wellness Marketplace** + Social Hour! This includes:

PARKPILATES Client Waiver and Release of Liability

1. Acknowledgment of Risk
 I understand that Pilates and physical exercise involve inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, injuries, or other health issues. I acknowledge that these activities may be physically demanding and could cause injury, even if performed properly.
2. Medical Condition and Responsibility
 I certify that I am physically able to participate in Pilates classes and have consulted with a healthcare professional if I have any medical conditions that may affect my ability to participate. I agree to inform the instructor of any physical limitations or health conditions before each class.
3. Assumption of Risk
 I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in Park Pilates classes, including any injury or harm that may result from my participation.
4. Release and Waiver of Liability
 To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Park Pilates LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or losses arising out of or related to my participation in Pilates classes, including injury or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
5. Indemnification
 I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Park Pilates LLC and its representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising from my participation.
6. Emergency Medical Treatment
 In case of emergency, I authorize Park Pilates LLC or its representatives to seek medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to do so.
7. Photographic Release
 I consent to the use of my image or likeness in photographs or videos taken during Park Pilates classes or events for promotional purposes.
8. Agreement to Follow Instructions
 I agree to follow all instructions provided by Park Pilates instructors and understand that failure to do so may result in injury.
9. Confidentiality of Health Information
 Any personal or health information I share with Park Pilates or its instructors during classes will be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties except where required by law.
10. Refund and Cancellation Policy
 Refunds and cancellations are governed by the ticket or event description at the time of purchase. If Park Pilates cancels a class or event for any reason, I understand that I will receive a full refund.
11. No Guarantees
 I understand that Park Pilates makes no guarantees regarding specific physical or health outcomes resulting from my participation in the classes.
12. Severability
 If any part of this waiver is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
