A Pilates class made for mami *and* baby.



Join us for a 45 minute postpartum friendly mat Pilates class designed so your little one can be a part of the movement. Followed by cafecito and time to connect with other moms.



This month, **Leche y Canela** will be popping up and serving café after class. ☕️



Expect gentle but good movement, baby inclusive exercises, and a relaxed space where feeding, changing, fussing, bouncing, and taking breaks are completely welcome.



**For:** Mamás + pre walking babies
**Bring:** something soft for baby to lie on, and a baby carrier/wrap if you have one.
