Austin, we’re taking over Kingdom Nightclub for a full Friday night Pilates in the Club experience. Expect high energy movement, club lights, DJs, and the signature PITC vibe that turns your workout into a party.

Street and nearby lot parking are available upon personal discretion but fill up quickly. Arrive early to park, check in, and enjoy the vibe before your class begins.

PILATES IN THE CLUB – WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

(January 23, 2026 – Kingdom Nightclub, Austin TX)

This Waiver and Release of Liability (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned participant (“Participant”) in consideration of being permitted to attend and participate in Pilates in the Club on Friday, January 23, 2026, hosted at Kingdom Nightclub, 505 E 7th St, Austin, TX 78701. By purchasing a ticket, registering, or entering the premises, the Participant agrees to all terms below:

1. Assumption of Risk

• I acknowledge that Pilates, fitness classes, and related movement activities involve physical exertion and inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, fractures, fainting, dizziness, dehydration, heart-related issues, or other injuries.
• I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and understand that Pilates in the Club, Kingdom Nightclub, instructors, DJs, employees, contractors, vendors, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, illness, or condition that may occur.

2. Venue, Environment & Drones

• I understand this Event takes place inside a nightclub with loud music, flashing or strobe lighting, fog or atmospheric effects, elevated sound levels, and limited visibility.
• I acknowledge that drones or handheld filming equipment may be used during the Event for video and photography. I understand there is a limited risk of accidental contact and agree that Pilates in the Club, Kingdom Nightclub, drone operators, and affiliates are not liable for any injury or inconvenience caused by filming equipment.
• I understand that other attendees may take independent photos or videos, which Pilates in the Club cannot control.

3. Photography, Videography & Publicity Release

• I grant full permission to Pilates in the Club, Kingdom Nightclub, and their affiliates to record, photograph, or capture video/audio (including drone footage) during the Event.
• I authorize the use of my likeness for promotional, commercial, or marketing purposes without compensation.
• I waive any right to inspect or approve the final media and release all claims relating to its use.

4. Age, Alcohol & Personal Responsibility

• Alcohol may be served at the venue and is only available to guests aged 21+ with valid ID.
• If I choose to consume alcohol, I assume full responsibility for my actions and any resulting consequences.
• Pilates in the Club, Kingdom Nightclub, and affiliates are not responsible for any incident, injury, or legal issue related to alcohol consumption.

5. Attendance, Punctuality & Refund Policy

• I understand it is my responsibility to arrive early to account for parking and check-in.
• If I arrive late, miss my class, or fail to bring a mat, I forfeit my ticket.
• All sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued for any reason, including late arrivals, dissatisfaction, scheduling conflicts, illness, or weather-related issues.

6. Equipment & Sanitation

• I agree to bring my own exercise mat; mats are not provided.
• Shoes may not be permitted on the main floor for safety and sanitation reasons.
• I understand the venue is cleaned prior to the Event but cannot be guaranteed allergen-free or germ-free.

7. Food, Beverage & Vendors (If Present)

• Vendors may be present. I understand that I consume any food or beverage and interact with any vendor services at my own risk.
• Pilates in the Club and Kingdom Nightclub are not liable for allergic reactions, foodborne illness, product use, or adverse effects.

8. Parking & Transportation

• Parking options vary around the venue and are used at my own discretion and risk.
• Pilates in the Club and Kingdom Nightclub are not responsible for theft, break-ins, damage, towing, or vehicle-related incidents.
• If I consume alcohol, I agree to arrange safe transportation.

9. Drones, Lighting & Media Notice

• Filming may take place above or around participants.
• I agree to remain aware of my surroundings and proceed with caution when cameras or drones are in use.
• I release Pilates in the Club, Kingdom Nightclub, and all affiliated media teams from claims related to drone or camera usage.

10. Communicable Diseases (Including COVID-19)

• I acknowledge the risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases by attending the Event.
• I release Pilates in the Club, Kingdom Nightclub, and affiliates from claims related to illness or complications arising from attendance.

11. Release of Liability & Indemnification

• I release, waive, and discharge Pilates in the Club, Kingdom Nightclub, instructors, DJs, employees, vendors, contractors, and affiliates from all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
• I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all listed parties from any third-party claims resulting from my actions.

12. Acknowledgment of Understanding

• I have read and fully understand this Waiver and Release of Liability.
• I acknowledge this Agreement is legally binding and protects Pilates in the Club, Kingdom Nightclub, and all affiliates.
• By purchasing a ticket and attending the Event on January 23, 2026, I voluntarily agree to all terms and accept full responsibility for my participation.
