WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

This Waiver and Release of Liability ("Agreement") is entered into by the undersigned participant ("Participant") in consideration of
being permitted to attend and participate in Pilates In the Club ("Event") on November 19, 2026, hosted at Tin Roof Fayetteville, 430 W Dickson St, Fayetteville, AR 72701. By purchasing a ticket, registering, signing this Agreement, or entering the Event premises, Participant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that Pilates, exercise, dancing, standing, walking, and other activities at the Event involve inherent and other risks,
including muscle strains, sprains, falls, fractures, fainting, dehydration, dizziness, abnormal blood pressure, cardiac events, and other injury or illness. I voluntarily choose to participate and knowingly assume the risks associated with my participation, including risks that may arise from the acts or omissions of other attendees.

2. Physical Condition & Medical Responsibility
I represent that I am physically able to participate safely and am responsible for deciding whether participation is appropriate for me. I understand that Pilates In the Club does not provide medical advice or medical supervision. I will stop participating and seek
assistance if I experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, faintness, or other concerning symptoms. I am responsible for any
medical costs arising from my attendance or participation.

3. Venue Environment & Event Conditions
I understand that the Event takes place in a nightclub environment that may include loud amplified music, flashing or strobe lights,
lasers, fog or atmospheric effects, dim lighting, crowds, cords or equipment, uneven or slippery surfaces, and limited visibility. I
understand that these conditions may increase the risk of disorientation, dizziness, falls, or injury and voluntarily accept those risks.

4. Photography, Videography & Publicity Release
I understand that photography and videography may occur throughout the Event. I grant Pilates In the Club, Tin Roof Fayetteville, and their authorized photographers, videographers, sponsors, vendors, partners, contractors, and affiliates permission to photograph, film, record, reproduce, edit, publish, and use my likeness, image, voice, and participation for promotional, marketing, advertising, commercial, social media, or other lawful purposes without compensation. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials and release claims arising from such authorized use. I understand that other attendees may independently record content that the Event organizers cannot control.

5. Alcohol, Substances & Personal Conduct
Alcohol may be available at the Event. Only guests who meet applicable legal age requirements and venue identification
requirements may purchase or consume alcohol. If I choose to consume alcohol, I accept responsibility for my consumption,
behavior, transportation, and resulting consequences. I agree not to participate in the fitness class if I am impaired or unable to
participate safely. I am responsible for my own conduct and for complying with applicable laws and venue rules. Pilates In the Club
may refuse participation or remove any attendee whose conduct creates a safety concern or disrupts the Event.

6. Attendance, Punctuality, Tickets & No-Refund Policy
I understand that I am responsible for arriving early enough for parking, check-in, and setup before my scheduled class. Late arrival, missing a class, or failure to bring a required mat may result in forfeiture of participation. All ticket sales are final. No refunds,
transfers, credits, or exchanges will be provided for lateness, missed classes, illness, scheduling conflicts, failure to bring a mat,
dissatisfaction, weather conditions, or change of plans. If the Event is canceled or rescheduled by Pilates In the Club, any refund or
credit options will be determined and communicated by Pilates In the Club, subject to applicable law. Nothing in this Agreement
limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Equipment, Mat Requirement & Sanitation
I understand that I must bring my own exercise mat unless otherwise expressly stated by the Event organizer. Limited promotional mats may be available on a first come, first served basis, but a mat is not guaranteed. Shoes may not be permitted on the workout floor for sanitation and safety. I am responsible for the condition and safe use of my personal belongings and equipment. Although reasonable cleaning measures may be used, a completely allergen-free or germ-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

8. Food, Beverage, Goodie Bags, Vendors & Brand Partners
Food, beverages, samples, supplements, wellness products, retail products, promotional items, goodie bags, giveaways, and
services may be provided or offered by independent vendors, sponsors, or brand partners, which may include Red Bull and
Lululemon. I am responsible for reviewing ingredients, warnings, instructions, allergens, and suitability before consuming or using
any product. I understand that third-party products and services are provided by the applicable third party, and I assume the risks
associated with my voluntary use or consumption of them.

9. Parking & Transportation
Parking may include street parking or nearby public or private lots and is used at my own discretion and risk. I am responsible for
my vehicle, belongings, parking compliance, and transportation to and from the Event. If I consume alcohol or otherwise become
unable to drive safely, I am responsible for arranging safe transportation.

10. Communicable Illness
I understand that attendance at a public event may involve exposure to communicable illnesses. I voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with attending a public gathering and agree not to attend if I am required by law or venue policy to isolate or refrain from public attendance.

11. Release of Liability & Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by Arkansas law, I release and waive claims against Pilates In the Club, Tin Roof Fayetteville,
instructors, DJs, photographers, videographers, sponsors, brand partners, vendors, contractors, employees, volunteers, agents,
affiliates, owners, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising out of or
related to my voluntary attendance or participation in the Event, including claims based on ordinary negligence to the extent such
claims may lawfully be released. This release does not apply to conduct that cannot legally be waived. I agree to be responsible for
losses or claims caused by my own unlawful or wrongful conduct.

12. Governing Law, Severability & Acknowledgment
This Agreement will be interpreted under the laws of the State of Arkansas, to the extent applicable. If any provision is found
unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. I confirm that I have read and
understand this Agreement, have had the opportunity to ask questions, and voluntarily agree to its terms. I understand that this
Agreement affects legal rights and is intended to protect the Released Parties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
