PILATES IN THE CLUB – WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

(January 16–17, 2026 – Bauhaus Las Vegas, NV)

This Waiver and Release of Liability (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned participant (“Participant”) in consideration of being permitted to attend and participate in Pilates in the Club on January 16 and/or January 17, 2026, hosted at Bauhaus Las Vegas, 115 N 7th St, Las Vegas, NV 89101. By purchasing a ticket, registering, or entering the premises, the Participant agrees to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

• I acknowledge that participating in Pilates, fitness classes, and related activities involves strenuous physical movement and inherent risks including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, fractures, fainting, dehydration, abnormal blood pressure, heart issues, dizziness, or other injuries.
• I understand and accept all risks associated with participation and acknowledge that Pilates in the Club, Bauhaus Las Vegas, instructors, DJs, vendors, contractors, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, illness, or medical condition that may occur.

2. Venue, Environment & Drones

• I understand this Event takes place in a nightclub setting, which includes flashing and strobe lighting, loud amplified music, fog or atmospheric effects, and reduced visibility.
• I acknowledge that drones or other filming equipment may be operated indoors or outdoors during the Event. I understand there is a risk of accidental contact and agree that Pilates in the Club, Bauhaus Las Vegas, drone operators, and affiliates are not liable for any injury or inconvenience caused by filming equipment.
• I understand that other attendees may take independent photos or videos that Pilates in the Club cannot control.

3. Photography, Videography & Publicity Release

• I grant full permission to Pilates in the Club, Bauhaus Las Vegas, and their affiliates to record, photograph, film, or capture audio/video footage (including drone footage) during the Event.
• I authorize the use of my likeness in any promotional, marketing, social media, or commercial materials without compensation.
• I waive any right to inspect or approve the final content and release all claims related to its use in any form.

4. Age, Alcohol & Personal Responsibility

• Alcohol will only be served to guests 21+ with valid identification.
• If I consume alcohol, I take full responsibility for my actions and any resulting consequences.
• Pilates in the Club, Bauhaus Las Vegas, and affiliates are not responsible for incidents, injuries, or legal issues related to alcohol consumption.

5. Attendance, Punctuality & Refund Policy

• I understand it is my responsibility to arrive early for parking, check-in, and setup before class begins.
• If I arrive late, miss my class, or fail to bring a mat, I automatically forfeit my ticket.
• All sales are final. There are no refunds, transfers, or credits for any reason, including late arrivals, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, illness, weather conditions, or travel delays.

6. Equipment & Sanitation

• I agree to bring my own exercise mat; mats are not provided.
• Shoes may be restricted on the main floor for safety and sanitation reasons.
• I understand that while the venue is cleaned before each event, the organizers cannot guarantee a germ-free or allergen-free environment.

7. Food, Beverage & Vendors

• Vendors may be present. I understand I consume any food, beverage, or product at my own risk.
• Pilates in the Club and Bauhaus Las Vegas are not responsible for allergic reactions, foodborne illness, or other adverse effects from consumption or vendor services.

8. Parking & Transportation

• Parking and transportation options vary by location, and all are used at my own risk.
• Pilates in the Club and Bauhaus Las Vegas are not responsible for theft, damage, towing, break-ins, or any vehicle-related incidents.
• If I consume alcohol, I am fully responsible for arranging safe transportation.

9. Drones, Lighting & Media Notice

• I understand that drone filming and handheld videography may occur above, around, or near participants.
• I agree to remain mindful of my surroundings and exercise caution.
• I release Pilates in the Club, Bauhaus Las Vegas, and all affiliated media contractors from claims arising from drone or camera use.

10. Cold Plunge (If Available)

• If a cold plunge experience is offered during the Event, I understand that exposure to cold temperatures carries risks including shock, dizziness, numbness, or increased cardiac stress.
• I take full responsibility for my participation and agree to bring a towel and warm clothing if I choose to plunge.
• I release Pilates in the Club, Bauhaus Las Vegas, and affiliates from all liability related to my participation in the cold plunge.

11. Communicable Diseases (Including COVID-19)

• I acknowledge the risk of exposure to COVID-19 or other communicable diseases by attending the Event.
• I release Pilates in the Club, Bauhaus Las Vegas, and affiliates from any claims related to illness or complications resulting from attendance.

12. Release of Liability & Indemnification

• I release, waive, and discharge Pilates in the Club, Bauhaus Las Vegas, instructors, DJs, vendors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
• I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all listed parties from any third-party claims arising from my conduct.

13. Acknowledgment of Understanding

• I have read and fully understand this Waiver and Release of Liability.
• I acknowledge that it is legally binding and intended to protect Pilates in the Club, Bauhaus Las Vegas, and all affiliates.
• By purchasing a ticket and attending on January 16 and/or 17, 2026, I voluntarily agree to all terms and accept full personal responsibility for my participation.
