Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participation in Pilates, Padel, and other wellness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, slips, falls, and potential injury.

I voluntarily assume all risks related to participation in this event.

Health & Medical Conditions

I confirm that I am physically able to participate in this event.

I agree to inform the instructor in advance of any pregnancy, injury, or medical condition that may require exercise modifications.

Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Align by Flavia, its instructors, Real Padel Edgewater, event partners, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from my participation in this event.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested up to 7 days in advance by reaching out directly to the event organizer.

No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event date.

Acknowledgment

By attending, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and liability release.
