SIMPLICITYCO MOVEMENT
PARTICIPANT WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY & EVENT TERMS

By purchasing a ticket, registering for, attending, or participating in a SimplicityCo Movement event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that SimplicityCo Movement events may include Pilates, strength training, stretching, cardio, mobility exercises, walking, standing, use of fitness equipment, and other physical activities.
I understand that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, slips, muscle strains, sprains, fractures, illness, dehydration, heat-related illness, allergic reactions, equipment-related injuries, and other serious injury.
I voluntarily choose to participate and knowingly assume the risks associated with my participation.

HEALTH & MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY
I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in the event and am responsible for determining whether any activity is appropriate for me.
I understand that SimplicityCo Movement and its instructors are not providing medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
I am responsible for notifying the instructor of any relevant injuries, limitations, pregnancy, recent surgeries, or physical restrictions before participating and for modifying or stopping any activity when necessary.
If I experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, weakness, or unusual discomfort, I agree to stop participating immediately.

RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I voluntarily release and hold harmless SimplicityCo Movement, its owner, instructors, employees, assistants, volunteers, contractors, photographers, videographers, sponsors, partners, vendors, participating venues, property owners, and their respective representatives from claims arising from the ordinary risks of my voluntary participation in or attendance at the event, including claims involving ordinary negligence to the extent such claims may legally be waived.
This release does not apply to liability that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

VENUE & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
I understand that events may take place at hotels, rooftops, restaurants, fitness studios, dealerships, outdoor spaces, private properties, or other third-party venues.
SimplicityCo Movement does not control every condition of these properties or the independent actions, products, food, beverages, treatments, demonstrations, or services provided by third-party venues, sponsors, vendors, or partners.
I understand that I am responsible for deciding whether to purchase, consume, use, or participate in any third-party product or service.

FOOD, BEVERAGES & ALLERGIES
Events may include food, beverages, samples, supplements, skincare, beauty products, wellness products, or other items provided by third parties.
I am responsible for reviewing ingredients, disclosing allergies when appropriate, and determining whether any product is safe for me to consume or use.

PERSONAL PROPERTY
I am responsible for my own personal belongings. SimplicityCo Movement is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property to the fullest extent permitted by law.

OUTDOOR EVENTS & WEATHER
I understand that some events may be held outdoors and may involve exposure to heat, sun, wind, uneven surfaces, rain, or other environmental conditions.
Event locations, layouts, schedules, activities, instructors, vendors, or programming may be reasonably modified when necessary because of weather, safety concerns, venue requirements, or circumstances outside SimplicityCo Movement's reasonable control.

TICKET & REFUND POLICY
Unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase, event tickets are final sale and non-refundable.
If I am unable to attend, I understand that my inability to attend does not automatically entitle me to a refund, credit, or transfer.

If an event must be canceled, postponed, relocated, or materially modified because of severe weather, venue restrictions, safety concerns, emergencies, governmental restrictions, or circumstances outside SimplicityCo Movement's reasonable control, any refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduling option will be governed by the terms communicated for that specific event and applicable law.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE
I understand that SimplicityCo Movement events are photographed and/or recorded.
By attending, I authorize SimplicityCo Movement to photograph, film, and record my appearance during the event and to use event photographs and recordings containing my likeness for lawful promotional, advertising, social media, website, recap, and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

CONDUCT
I agree to follow reasonable instructions from SimplicityCo Movement staff and the venue.
SimplicityCo Movement reserves the right to remove a participant whose conduct creates a safety risk, significantly disrupts the event, harasses another attendee, damages property, or violates venue rules. Removal for such conduct does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund.

EMERGENCY CARE
If I become injured or ill and am unable to provide instructions, I authorize event personnel to contact emergency medical services when reasonably believed necessary. I understand that I am responsible for medical expenses incurred on my behalf to the extent permitted by law.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I acknowledge that I have carefully read and understand this waiver and event terms. I understand that this document affects certain legal rights.
By purchasing a ticket, checking the acceptance box during registration, signing electronically, or voluntarily participating in the event, I confirm that I understand and voluntarily agree to these terms.
