Get ready for a high-energy, full-body mat Pilates sculpt class that strengthens both body and spirit!&#x20;

Using props like a block and Pilates ring, we’ll tone, stretch, and challenge every muscle while moving to uplifting Christian music.&#x20;

Good to Know:
• Parking: Limited free onsite behind the studio
• Doors open at 8:45 am, class at 9 am sharp!
• RSVP's necessary: A portion of every ticket will go toward supporting the Miami Dade Humane Society and the rest will help to make these events even more amazing

Participant Waiver and Release of Liability

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a group fitness class conducted by KenxNagy, which may include strenuous physical activity in outdoor conditions that may include heat, humidity, sun exposure, and uneven terrain.
I understand and agree to the following:
1. I am physically capable of participating in this class and have consulted with a physician if necessary.
2. l agree to stay properly hydrated, take breaks as needed, and immediately notify the instructor if I feel faint, dizzy, or unwell.
3. I assume all risk of injury, illness, or other loss that may occur as a result of participation, including risks due to heat and outdoor conditions.
4. I release and hold harmless KenxNagy, the property owners), the City, and any staff, agents, or volunteers from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage to person or property that may arise from my participation.
I have read and fully understand this waiver, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.

Photo & Video Release

I hereby grant KenxNagy, its representatives, employees, and agents the irrevocable and unrestricted right to take, use, and publish photographs or video recordings of me, in whole or in part, for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, advertising, and web content.
I understand that my participation is voluntary, and that I will not receive financial compensation for the use of these images or videos.
I hereby release KenxNagy from any and all claims, demands, and liabilities in connection with the use of these images or recordings.
