We’re taking the Pilates girls from the studio to the stadium. 💗⚽️

Join Pilates & Lattes Club for the ultimate Miami wellness girls’ day at Inter Miami CF’s new stadium, NU STADIUM, featuring a pre-match Pilates Sculpt class, time to connect with the community, and an Inter Miami CF match under the lights.

We’re kicking off the afternoon with a 50-minute Pilates Sculpt class led by certified Pilates instructor and PLC co-founder Estephania Katz. Expect a music-forward, full-body sculpt designed to get you moving, sweating and match-day ready.

After class, stay and socialize with the Pilates girls before we trade the mat for the stands and head into the stadium together to watch Inter Miami CF take on D.C. United.

THE LINEUP

🩷 4:30–5:30 PM | Pregame Pilates Sculpt with Estephania Katz
☕️ 5:30–6:30 PM | Social hour + connect with the Pilates girls
🏟️ 6:30 PM | Head to your stadium seats
⚽️ 7:00 PM | Inter Miami CF vs. D.C. United kickoff
