By registering for and participating in the Pilates at Legacy Hall event led by Shine Hot Pilates, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Voluntary Participation
I understand that participation in this Pilates class is voluntary and involves physical activity that may include stretching, balance, and strength exercises.

Assumption of Risk
I recognize that any fitness activity carries potential risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, dizziness, or injury. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur.

Health and Safety
I certify that I am physically able to participate and have consulted a physician if necessary. I agree to follow all safety instructions given by the instructor and event organizers.

Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless Girls New to North Dallas, Shine Hot Pilates, Lululemon, Legacy Hall, their owners, instructors, affiliates, and sponsors from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from my participation in this event.

Photo and Video Release
I grant permission for event organizers to use photos or videos from the event for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.

Acknowledgment of Understanding
