Join us for an uplifting evening of Mat Pilates + Networking + Sweets — the perfect midweek reset for your body, mind, and community! Whether you’re a founder, entrepreneur, or simply someone craving connection and movement, this experience is for you.

We’ll kick off with a warm welcome from our host and instructor, followed by quick introductions so you can meet new faces. Then, unwind with a 50-minute mat Pilates session designed to help you move, breathe, and recharge.

After class, stay for 30-40 minutes of sweet networking!
