Mariah Rose is a sound meditation facilitator and yoga teacher based in Chicago, IL and is dedicated to creating spaces for inward exploration. Mariah’s completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, followed by a 75-hour mentorship in trauma-informed practices, meditation, somatics, and breathwork. Drawn to the transformative power of sound, she expanded her practice with sound healing and Yoga Nidra as a profound gateway into stillness and restoration. Mariah specializes in sound bath meditations in studio and corporate settings, along with custom sound experiences and workshops that invite participants to explore the mind-body-spirit connection through movement, vibration, and authentic expression.
