We’ll begin with **guided journaling** and a **card pull** to set our intentions, followed by a **yoga flow**. After moving together, we’ll transition into a **deeply restorative guided meditation and sound bath** to integrate the energy of the full moon.

As part of this ritual, each participant will receive a **charged crystal** and a **tiny jar to create moon water**, infusing it with the energy of the night. We’ll close with final journal reflections, allowing space for conversation and connection.&#x20;

In the event of any claims, damages, or legal actions related to your participation, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sacred Flow Collective. You certify that you are in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. You also authorize Sacred Flow Collective to seek medical treatment on your behalf in an emergency, with the understanding that you are responsible for any associated costs. Additionally, you consent to the use of your image in photos or videos for social media purposes. This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Illinois, and if any part is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that this waiver constitutes the entire agreement regarding liability and participation.
