Under the Pink Full Moon, we heal.

This Saturday at 3PM, between the Ukrop’s race and Passover nightfall, you’re invited to a sacred Sound Bath at YogaSix Scott’s Addition—a space to release, reset, and realign through the frequency of healing.

This Pink Full Moon isn’t actually pink, but is named for the vibrant wildflowers that bloom in early spring. It carries the energy of renewal, love, and emotional release—the perfect time to shed what no longer serves and step into something new.

We’ll begin with sacred cacao, then journey into deep relaxation guided by Crystal on healing instruments, while Christina offers restorative massage to help your body fully receive. We’ll also share what sound healing truly does—how it helps regulate, harmonize, and restore.

Come as you are. Leave lighter, clearer, and more in tune with yourSelf.  Bring your mats light blanket and a pillow and just emerge your heart and ears in sound.
