Playa y Pilates is a morning experience designed for the girls who want to move, glow, and just be.



We start on the pool deck at the iconic Sagamore Hotel in South Beach with one hour of mat pilates to wake up your body and create heat! After the movement and fun, we take it to the beach. Think towels down, music up, sun on your skin, and nowhere to be. Two to three hours (or more!) of free-flow beach time: tanning, swimming, snacking, and soaking it all in with good energy all around. No experience needed, just show up ready to feel good!
