By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk

You understand that participation in a dog related event involves inherent risks. These risks include but are not limited to dog bites, scratches, falls, collisions, allergic reactions, property damage, and other injuries that may result from interactions between dogs and people.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and participation in this event for yourself, your guests, and your dog.

Responsibility for Your Dog

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely and fully responsible for the supervision, control, and behavior of your dog at all times.
• Your dog is properly vaccinated and not known to be dangerous or aggressive.
• You accept full financial and legal responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss caused by your dog to any person, dog, or property.

Pampered Pooch Events does not assume responsibility for the care, supervision, or behavior of your dog.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Pampered Pooch Events, its owner, employees, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, venue partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to:

• Your attendance at the event
• Your dog’s participation in the event
• Any interaction between dogs or between dogs and people

This release includes claims for personal injury, property damage, or other loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend Pampered Pooch Events against any third party claims resulting from your actions or the actions of your dog during the event.

Medical and Veterinary Care

Pampered Pooch Events is not responsible for providing medical or veterinary care. You accept full responsibility for any medical or veterinary expenses related to you or your dog.

Media Consent

By attending the event, you grant Pampered Pooch Events permission to photograph and record you and your dog. You consent to the use of such images or recordings for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.

By completing your ticket purchase and attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and accept full responsibility for yourself and your dog.
