By participating in this Pulse event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in physical activities, including Pilates, carries inherent risks. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of injury or loss, including death, that may be sustained while participating in this event.
Health Disclosure
I affirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any medical condition that would prevent or limit my participation. I have consulted with a physician if necessary and understand that Pulse is not responsible for any health complications that may arise.
Release of Liability
I release and discharge Pulse, its organizers, instructors, volunteers, venue partners, and affiliates from any and all claims or liabilities for injuries, damages, or losses I may experience in connection with this event.
Photography & Media Release
I grant Pulse permission to use photographs and video taken during the event for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and future marketing materials.
Code of Conduct
Pulse is a safe and inclusive space for all identities. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
