An evening to pause, release, and reconnect.

Join us on **Friday, August 28th** for an intimate Full Moon Ritual at **3rd Eye**, created as a space to slow down, turn inward, and intentionally release what you’re ready to leave behind.

A grounding evening of **cacao ceremony, somatic movement, and guided meditation with sound bowls**, designed to release what no longer serves you, reconnect with yourself, and create space for what’s next.
