**What should I wear?**
Comfortable workout clothes for outdoor movement. No shoes needed — Pilates socks optional.

**Where is the event located?**
Our residency takes place at The Barley House, a beautiful outdoor venue in Fort Lauderdale.

**Is there parking?**
Yes! Free parking is available right outside the hotel.

**What’s the vibe?**
High-energy, fun, and challenging. Expect to sweat, feel strong, and bring the fire!

**Should I bring anything?**
Mat, water, sunscreen, sunglasses, or a hat — anything to keep you comfortable outdoors. And don’t forget your swimsuit… you’ll have pool access after class!

**Are your classes beginner-friendly?**
Yes! Our classes are perfect for all levels. Instructors provide modifications to make the workout accessible for beginners. Pregnant women are welcome, just please keep in mind that this is an outdoor class.

**Do you have changing rooms, showers, or lockers?**
We have a private, spacious bathroom available for changing before or after class (please allow yourself enough time).
We do not provide showers or lockers, but you’re welcome to keep your belongings nearby. Please note: Koach House is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

**Can I bring my pet?**
We love furry friends, but due to space constraints, pets are not permitted.

**What is your cancellation & no-show policy?**
We do not offer cancellations or refunds. If you book a class and cannot attend, your payment is non-refundable.

**What if it rains?**
If we need to cancel due to weather, you’ll receive a class credit valid for two weeks.

**Is there an age requirement?**
Yes. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

**How early should I arrive?**
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before class to check in, set up your mat, and talk with the instructor.
Please note: entry is not permitted more than 5 minutes after class begins. Late arrival will result in a non-refundable class.

**Respect & Inclusivity**
We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment. Bullying, discrimination, or misconduct will not be tolerated.

Liability Waiver & Release

By purchasing a ticket and participating in this class, I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and agree to the following:

Voluntary Participation

I understand that participation in Koach House classes is entirely voluntary. I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent me from safely engaging in this class.

Assumption of Risk

I recognize that fitness classes involve inherent risks, including but not limited to sprains, strains, falls, bruises, broken bones, concussions, illness, or even death. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with participation.

Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I release, waive, discharge, covenant not to sue, and hold harmless Koach House, its instructors, event organizers, hosts, guest speakers, volunteers, sponsors, property owners, and all affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation, including any injury, illness (including COVID-19), loss, or damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Medical Treatment

I authorize Koach House and its affiliates to secure emergency medical treatment for me if necessary and understand that I am solely responsible for any related costs.

Personal Belongings

I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings during the event. Koach House and its affiliates are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

I understand and agree that Koach House does not offer cancellations or refunds. If I book a class and cannot attend, my payment is non-refundable.

Weather Policy

If Koach House cancels a class due to weather, I will receive a class credit valid for two weeks from the date of the canceled class.

Media Release

I grant permission for photos and videos taken during the event to be used by Koach House for promotional purposes, unless I provide written notice prior to the event.

Binding Effect

This Release is binding upon me, my family, heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, and shall be deemed a release, waiver, discharge, and covenant not to sue the parties listed above.

Governing Law

This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
