This restorative journey through mindful movement is accompanied by the soothing vibrations of sound bowls to enhance the mind-body healing.&#x20;

This class includes hands on assists and adjustments and concludes with a refreshing eucalyptus towel. The Sanctuary is candle-lit and mirrorless.
