You’ll join teams of **\~20 people**, battling it out in two high-energy games: **Kickball** to fire things up and **Capture the Flag** to finish the fight. Set inside a festival-style wellness experience with music, movement, and community energy, this is Field Day reinvented for adults — equal parts nostalgia, athleticism, and pure fun.

### **🏃‍♂️ Run or HIIT Warm-Up**

Kick off the morning with your choice of a **guided group run** or an upbeat **HIIT session** led by Allen from Create Your Energy. It’s the perfect way to wake up your body and meet the people you’ll be competing alongside.

### **🏆 The Tournament: Kickball + Capture the Flag**

Once warmed up, teams rotate through a two-part competition designed to be fast, strategic, chaotic in the best way, and insanely fun:

* **Kickball** — classic, fast-paced, and the perfect icebreaker
* **Capture the Flag** — a high-energy bracket with nonstop action

Cheering is encouraged. Friendly rivalry is guaranteed.

1. RELEASED PARTIES

“Released Parties” include:
	•	Revival Wellness Experience LLC
	•	Scottsdale Run Club LLC
	•	All event organizers, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives
	•	All instructors, trainers (including Create Your Energy / Allen), volunteers, staff, emcees, DJs, photographers, videographers, and content creators
	•	All vendors, exhibitors, sponsors, and their employees or representatives
	•	Owners and operators of Reata Fields and any involved city or governmental entity
	•	Any medical personnel (professional or volunteer), security, equipment rental companies, and service providers
	•	Any other individuals or entities involved in planning, executing, supporting, or promoting the event

2. ACTIVITIES COVERED

This waiver applies to all Revival Field Day activities, including but not limited to:
	•	Group run or jog
	•	HIIT warm-up or workout
	•	Kickball games
	•	Capture the Flag games
	•	Stretching or yoga
	•	Interactions with Vendor Village (including product sampling)
	•	Walking on grass, turf, dirt, sidewalks, bathrooms, and parking areas
	•	Presence near staging, music, tents, and equipment
	•	Any photography, videography, or media taken at the event
	•	Any pre- or post-event gatherings promoted by Revival

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participating in a fitness field day involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
	•	Slips, trips, falls, or collisions
	•	Sprains, strains, tears, or impact injuries
	•	Heat illness, dehydration, elevated heart rate, dizziness, or fainting
	•	Aggravation of medical conditions
	•	Being struck by a ball or tagged during gameplay
	•	Uneven terrain, weather conditions, insects, or environmental hazards
	•	Loud music or equipment-related risks
	•	Allergic reactions from foods, drinks, or vendor products
	•	Exposure to communicable diseases (e.g., flu, COVID-19)
	•	Potential for serious injury or, in rare cases, death

By checking the box, I voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with participating or attending.

4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY & COVENANT NOT TO SUE

To the fullest extent allowed by Arizona law, I:
	•	Release and discharge all Released Parties from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising out of or related to my participation, including those caused by the ordinary negligence of Released Parties
	•	Agree that I will not sue or bring claims against any Released Party
	•	Understand that if I or someone on my behalf does bring a claim, I may be responsible for all costs and legal fees incurred by the Released Parties (as permitted by law)

5. INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all Released Parties from any claims brought by:
	•	Me
	•	Others due to my actions
	•	Anyone claiming my participation caused or contributed to their injury

6. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

I acknowledge:
	•	Revival may call for emergency medical assistance if needed
	•	Released Parties are not responsible for providing medical treatment
	•	I am solely responsible for all medical costs
	•	I am encouraged to carry personal health insurance

7. COMMUNICABLE DISEASE ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I understand participation includes risk of exposure to viruses or illnesses.
I voluntarily assume all such risks.

8. MEDIA & CONTENT RELEASE

I grant Revival Field Day and its partners the unrestricted right to use photos, videos, audio, or other media of me for:
	•	Social media
	•	Marketing
	•	Advertising
	•	Recaps and promotions

I waive any right to compensation, approval, or royalties.

9. SAFETY & CONDUCT EXPECTATIONS

I agree to:
	•	Follow instructions from staff, organizers, and volunteers
	•	Act safely and respectfully
	•	Not participate while impaired by alcohol or drugs
	•	Leave the event if asked due to unsafe or disruptive behavior (no refunds)

10. MINORS (IF APPLICABLE)

If I am registering a minor:
	•	I confirm I am their parent/legal guardian
	•	I agree to all terms on behalf of the minor
	•	I assume all risks for the minor
	•	I release and indemnify all Released Parties for any claims related to the minor

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by Arizona law.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Maricopa County, AZ courts.
