By participating in this yoga event, you agree to the following terms:

1. Voluntary Participation
I acknowledge that my involvement in this yoga class, wellness activity, or related event (“Activity”) is completely voluntary. I understand that yoga and physical movement involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, strains, sprains, heat-related illness, equipment hazards, and other potential injuries.

2. Assumption of Risk
I knowingly and freely assume all risks associated with the Activity, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the event organizers or other participants. I accept full responsibility for my own well-being.

3. Health & Medical Fitness
I certify that I am physically and mentally able to participate in the Activity. I have no medical conditions that would impact my safe participation. I agree to stop participating immediately if I feel lightheaded, unwell, or unable to continue safely.

4. Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:
Revival Wellness Experience LLC, Scottsdale Run Club LLC, Red Development, LLC (and its properties, including The Park at PV), their owners, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, partners, and representatives (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, injury, damage, or illness I may experience in connection with the Activity, including those caused by negligence.

5. Property & Personal Belongings
I understand that I am responsible for my own personal items. The Released Parties are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought to the Activity.

6. Photography & Media Release
I grant permission for photos and videos taken during the Activity to be used by Revival Wellness Experience LLC, Scottsdale Run Club LLC, and Red Development, LLC for promotional and marketing purposes, without compensation. If I prefer not to be photographed, I will notify the event organizers before participating.

7. Compliance With Instructions
I agree to follow all verbal or written instructions provided by instructors, volunteers, staff, and venue personnel. I understand that failure to follow instructions may increase my risk of injury.

8. Venue & Environmental Conditions
I acknowledge that this is an outdoor event, and I accept all associated risks, including weather, ground conditions, uneven surfaces, and environmental factors.

9. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims brought by or on behalf of minors I accompany or allow to participate, or claims brought as a result of my own actions during the Activity.

10. Binding Agreement
This waiver is binding to the fullest extent permitted by law and applies to me, my family, my heirs, and legal representatives. If any portion of this waiver is found unenforceable, the remainder shall continue to be in full force.

By attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms above.
