**This fourth workshop is an** invitation to deepen your relationship with the instinctual self, to listen beneath the surface, and to remember the parts of yourself that know more than you've given them credit for.



Inspired by Clarissa Pinkola Estés’ *Women Who Run With the Wolves*, this gathering draws from the story of **Manawee.** Through this story, we explore the relationship between the conscious and instinctual self and what happens when we learn to hold both in reverence.



You do **not** need to have read the book to attend, though participants are encouraged to have a copy and continue the exploration between gatherings.&#x20;



This two-hour experience will include:
• a creative vinyasa yoga flow to bring awareness to the body and the instinctual self
• a guided journaling session&#x20;
• chanting and kirtan, using our voices as a tool to explore the relationship between our conscious and instinctual selves



This workshop is for those feeling the quiet pull toward intuition, instinct, and a deeper relationship with the self. It is gentle, embodied, and intentionally spacious.
