*The Mistaken Zygote*

**The sixth workshop is an invitation** to embark on the journey of finding where one belongs.&#x20;



Inspired by Clarissa Pinkola Estés’ *Women Who Run* With *the Wolves*, this workshop draws from the story of **The Ugly Duckling.** Through this story, we hold space for the unfamiliar, the misunderstood,  the black sheep.&#x20;



You do **not** need to have read the book to attend, though participants are encouraged to have a copy and to continue the exploration beyond our gatherings.



This two-hour experience will include:
• a creative vinyasa yoga flow
• a guided journaling session
• chanting and kirtan, using our voices as a tool to connect and belong to a greater group



This workshop is for those who have ever felt like they are too much, too crazy, or like they dont belong. It is gentle, embodied, and spacious.



**This is the sixth class of six.**
You may come to one, or follow the series as it unfolds.
