Move & Meditate to the flicker of candlelight in a ballroom filled with like-minded community.&#x20;

A 45-minute pilates class will be followed by a 15-minute meditation, before opening up the ballroom for community building and interaction :)&#x20;



The rundown goes like this...&#x20;

5:45 pm - Check-in opens

6:15 pm - Pilates Class Begins

7:00 PM - Post Class Meditation

7:15 PM - Social hour begins

8:00 PM - Event Concludes

Mats will be provided for in-class use!

There is minimal street parking in the area. We recommend public transportation for the day of travel :)

1. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and agree that:

I am voluntarily participating in Pilates and related physical activities offered during this event.

I understand that Pilates, like all physical exercise, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: muscle strain, injury, falls, or other physical accidents.

I represent that I am in good physical condition to participate, and I have either consulted with a physician or chosen to participate at my own risk.

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Olivia Santelli, Rise Pilates Club, all instructors, staff, volunteers, sponsors, partners, event organizers, venue owners, and all affiliated parties from any and all claims, demands, liability, or damages that may arise from my participation, including those caused by negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. Media Release 

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event.

I grant Rise Pilates Club, and all affiliated partners, the right to capture, use, reproduce, and distribute these images and videos for promotional, marketing, social media, and educational purposes.

I waive any right to compensation or ownership regarding such media.

If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I will notify the event staff before the start of the event.

3. Email Sharing & Communications

By signing this waiver, I consent to share my email address with the event organizers.

I understand my email may be used for event-related updates, follow-ups, and occasional wellness content or promotional information.

I may opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided.

4. Acknowledgment & Signature

I have read, understood, and agree to this liability waiver and release. I voluntarily agree to the terms and confirm that I am of legal age (or my parent/guardian has checked below if under 18).
