this is a 60min  bodyweight/resistance band yoga sculpt class led by nomad yoga's lead instructor, Abby Bevan

please bring:&#x20;

* your yoga mat
* water bottle (hydrate, hydrate, hyrdate!)
* optional ankle/wrist weights

for ALL levels of yoga, modifications provided throughout class

resistance bands WILL BE PROVIDED!&#x20;

In participating, I release Nomad Yoga, its instructors, and affiliates from any claims or liability for injuries or damages arising from my participation.

I grant permission to Nomad Yoga to take photo and video during the event, and to use such media for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and marketing materials.
