I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Rooted in Love: Galentine’s Party hosted by FaithFlowPilates. I understand that this event may include physical movement, stretching, wellness activities, and social gathering in an outdoor environment.

I am aware that participation in physical and outdoor activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, muscle strain, allergic reactions, or other injuries. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that I may incur as a result of participating in this event.

I certify that I am physically able to participate and have consulted a medical professional if necessary. I agree to listen to my body, modify activities as needed, and stop participation if I feel discomfort or distress.

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release and discharge FaithFlowPilates, event organizers, instructors, volunteers, the Bamboo Grove venue, and all affiliated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising from my participation, including those caused by negligence to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I agree to take responsibility for my personal belongings and understand that the organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

I grant permission for photos or videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes unless I notify the organizers in writing prior to the event.
