**Event Details**
Join us for an uplifting outdoor mat Pilates class and mindful morning in support of *Tribe of Nova* — an organization dedicated to helping survivors of the Nova Music Festival heal through community and resilience.

This event marks the first step in our mission to raise $10,000 to bring a Nova survivor to Miami to share their story at a future large-scale wellness gathering.

* **Capacity:** 30 guests per class
* **Attire:** Activewear — we’ll provide everything else!

**What should I wear?**
Just come in comfortable workout clothes. We’ll provide mats and everything you need.

**Where is the event located?**
It will take place at a private outdoor venue in Miami at 4730 NE 2nd Ave.

**Is there parking?**
Yes! Options include:

* Metered street parking on NE 2nd Ave
* Additional valet nearby (in the design district)
* Parking garages a few blocks away in the Design District

**What’s the vibe?**
Grounded, intimate, and elevated. No loud music or party scene — just space for presence, healing, and connection.

**Should I bring anything?**
Bring water, sunscreen, sunglasses, or a hat — anything you need to feel comfortable outdoors.

*Mats will be provided. We kindly ask that all guests use the mats we supply.*

By attending this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Voluntary Participation
I understand that my participation in this workout event is entirely voluntary. I confirm that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent me from participating safely.

Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks, including but not limited to minor injuries (sprains, strains, bruises), serious injuries (broken bones, concussions), and even death. I voluntarily accept all risks.

Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless Koach House, its team, instructors, hosts, volunteers, sponsors, property owners, and affiliated parties from any liability, claims, or damages arising from my participation — including injury, illness (including COVID-19), or property loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Medical Treatment
I authorize event organizers to obtain emergency medical treatment if needed. I understand I am responsible for any related expenses.

Personal Belongings
I accept full responsibility for my personal items. The event organizers are not liable for any lost or damaged property.

Media Release
I grant permission for any photos or videos taken during the event to be used by Koach House for promotional purposes. If I prefer not to be photographed, I will notify the organizers in writing prior to the event.

Binding Agreement
This release applies to me, my family, my heirs, and any legal representatives. It is binding and irrevocable.

Governing Law
This waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

By signing up and participating, I confirm I have read and understood this waiver and agree to its terms freely and voluntarily.
