Our runs are structured to **support every pace group**, from walk-runners to sprinters, and we operate on a **"no one left behind"** model — always. Every group has dedicated *pace leaders* or *sweepers* to ensure everyone feels seen, supported, and celebrated. HRC is more than just a run club — it’s a movement.
