At HRC no runner is too slow. No walker is too new. We believe movement is for everyone. Our runs are structured to support every pace group, from walk-runners to sprinters, and we operate on a "no one left behind" model — always. Every group has dedicated pace leaders or sweepers to ensure everyone feels seen, supported, and celebrated. HRC is more than just a run club — it’s a movement.
