*what to expect:*&#x20;

⭐️ *a 60 minute all-levels yoga sculpt class, that mixes yoga, pilates movements, strength training, and cardio*&#x20;

⭐️ *class will be led by **@abby.bevan** the owner of **@thenomadyogastudio** !*

⭐️ beautiful rooftop views beginning at sunset & ending class under the twinkling string lights&#x20;

⭐️ sculpt, sweat, sing to Sabrina Carpenter's discography all class long!&#x20;

⭐️ you're more than welcome to dress for the theme!! :)&#x20;

**please bring:**&#x20;

* **a yoga mat**&#x20;
* **water**&#x20;

**we will provide:**&#x20;

* **resistance bands**&#x20;
* **water refill station**&#x20;
* **free parking on-site!**&#x20;

if you'd like to catch the sunset before class, **we reccomend arriving at 5:00PM** to soak up the views, take your pictures, and meet our community! plus plenty of time to park, check in, and place your mat :)&#x20;

In participating, I release Nomad Yoga, its instructors, and affiliates from any claims or liability for injuries or damages arising from my participation.

I grant permission to Nomad Yoga to take photo and video during the event, and to use such media for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and marketing materials.
