Start your Independence Day right and celebrate by joining Salt River Part 3! Friday, July 4th, 2025! This is your opportunity to capture the magic of the Salt River w/ an amazing group of people. We want to continue to fight to keep the horses wild and the public land free! Beach stops and cliff jumping, if you are up for it 😁 Of course kayakers and rafters are welcome too ☺️

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
DISCLAIMER: Phx SUP Club and its team (including founders, staff, volunteers, instructors, and hosts – referred to here as “we” or “us”) are not responsible for any injury, illness, property damage, disability, or death (“Losses”) that may happen during our activities, including camping, stand up paddleboarding, hiking, or any other outdoor or indoor events we may offer now or in the future. 
By signing up for, taking part in, or participating in any way in any Phx SUP Club event, whether on publicly available websites such as Facebook or social media such as Instagram, or any app such as SweatPals, website, or social media specifically owned by Phx SUP Club, you agree not to hold us legally responsible for any harm or loss, even if it’s caused by our ordinary negligence. 
RISKS YOU ARE ACCEPTING: You understand that outdoor adventures carry risks. These may include injuries like sprains, broken bones, allergic reactions, drowning, dehydration, heat stroke, or exposure to wild animals, as well as serious medical emergencies or even death. You also understand that contagious diseases like COVID-19 are still a risk. You accept all these risks voluntarily and understand that participating is your choice.  
We don’t provide medical advice or supervision. If you have any health conditions or concerns, it’s your responsibility to check with a doctor before joining any of our events. 
PETS (INCLUDING DOGS):
We love pets, and you're welcome to bring your dog to our events if permitted. However: 
* You are fully responsible for your pet’s safety and behavior during the entire event. 
* Phx SUP Club is not responsible for any injury to your pet that may happen before, during, or after the event. 
* You are also legally responsible for any harm, injury, or damage your pet causes to another person, pet, or property. This includes bites, scratches, or accidents of any kind, whether they may happen before, during, or after the event. 
* You agree to keep your dog under control and on a leash at all times, and to clean up after them. 
By bringing a pet, you accept full responsibility for any and all outcomes involving your animal. 
COVID-19 NOTICE: You acknowledge the risks of COVID-19, and other contagious diseases, including the possibility of exposure at events. Health rules may change often, and it’s your job to stay up to date and follow guidelines. You take full responsibility for your health in this regard and release us from any related claims. 

AGE REQUIREMENT: By signing up for, taking part in, or participating in any Phx SUP Club event, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Our events are intended for adults only. Minors are not permitted to participate, even with parental consent.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY: You’re giving up certain legal rights, so please read this carefully. 
By signing up for, taking part in, or participating in any way in any Phx SUP Club event, you agree not to sue Phx SUP Club or make any legal claim for injuries, damages, or losses related to your participation. This includes, but is not limited to, incidents resulting from: 
* Phx SUP Club’s ordinary negligence, 
* The actions or negligence of other participants, 
* The behavior or negligence of pets brought to the event — whether your own or someone else’s. 
This waiver covers any injuries, property damage, illnesses, accidents, or other incidents that may happen before, during, or after the event. You understand these activities involve risk and you’re choosing to participate voluntarily, taking full responsibility for your own safety and well-being. 
PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT: We love pics and we may take photos or videos during events. By signing up for, taking part in, or participating in any way in any Phx SUP Club event, you give us permission to use these images for marketing, promotions, social media, or other purposes - with no payment to you. You also understand sometimes we are not obligated to use them. 
LEGAL DETAILS: This waiver applies to you and anyone who could act on your behalf, like family or legal representatives. If any part of this document is found to be invalid, the rest still applies. By signing up for, taking part in, or participating in any way in any Phx SUP Club event, you confirm that you’ve read and understood this waiver and agree to everything in it. 
By signing up for or attending this event, you agree to all of the above.
