By participating in any activities organized by The MOOV CLUB, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Voluntary Participation
1. I understand that I am voluntarily participating in group runs and related events at my own risk.

2. I understand that running and physical activity involve risks of injury, illness, or other harm. I take full responsibility for my own health, safety, and well-being during participation.

Release of Liability
3. I release and hold harmless The MOOV CLUB, its organizers, volunteers, affiliates, and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation.

Medical Acknowledgement
4. I affirm that I am in good health and able to safely participate in physical activity. I will not participate if I am injured, ill, or otherwise unfit.

Personal Belongings
5. I understand that I am solely responsible for my personal belongings during any run club activities.
