GGRC SATURDAY MORNING LONG RUN

Memorial Park Running Trail
400 Crestwood Dr

Starting time:
6 AM - advanced to intermediate; 10+ mile distance
6 AM - beginners; 5 mile distance

Finish time:
8-9AM - Hang out and rehydrate before driving!

Hydration:
Cooler will be located at underneath the bridge on Shepard, right before River oaks entrance. About to 2.5 miles and 8.5 miles along the route.

*Intermediate and Advanced will be a 10+ Mile Run. (7:15/mile - 9:00/mile)
*Beginners and Casual will be a 4-5 Mile Run. (9:00/mile - 11:00/mile)
