Allison is a Miami based yoga teacher who seeks to share her passion for Hatha yoga and its benefits with her community. Each class is centered around an intention, and most of all aims to have you leaving feeling at peace and in tune with your body each time you flow. Some things to expect in the class are breathwork for all levels, yoga with various modifications for varying levels, guided meditation, and often new instruments to settle you into your savasana.
