Join Savage & Saint Collective founder **Michael Holt** for a powerful morning of martial movement, breathwork, meditation, and camaraderie in Venice, California.

Through a blend of movement disciplines, hard-style self-defense training, internal martial arts, and contemplative practice, participants will be guided into a direct experience of embodied masculine presence, sharpened attention, grounded awareness, and deeper connection with themselves and one another.

We'll gather at LikeMinded before walking together to the beach, where the workshop will begin.

Following the beach training, participants will return to **LikeMinded Studios**—a social sauna and cold plunge studio where wellness meets coffee and community—for a guided recovery experience designed to deepen resilience, sharpen mental focus, and strengthen both body and mind.

Through intentional exposure to heat, cold, discomfort, recovery, and presence, participants will experience the power of contrast therapy while building discipline, awareness, resilience, and connection together. The transition from movement into recovery is designed to help integrate the morning's practices while creating space for reflection, conversation, and community.

More than a wellness studio, **LikeMinded** is intentionally designed as a place where people return—not only to recover, but to connect. A social sauna, cold plunge, and coffee community built around the belief that wellness is experienced together. It's a place to slow down, reset, restore, and reconnect—with yourself and with others.

Following the recovery session, guests are invited to stay, enjoy coffee, refreshments, and meaningful conversation as the morning transitions into community and connection.

Whether you're new to movement or have trained for years, this experience is an invitation to challenge yourself, recover with intention, and connect with a community of men committed to growth, discipline, and living with purpose.
