**Exciting news!** Our Monday night team pool swims will continue through the summer from **Monday, June 16th - Monday, August 18th** (10 swims) at **Torrance Aquatic Center** every week from **7:30-8:30pm** led by **Coaches Jasmine, Laura & Ronnie!**

**7:15-7:30pm:** Dryland stretches & exercises 
**7:30-8:30pm:** Drills and swim sets

**REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:**
\- Arena Kick Board
\- Arena Pull Buoy
\- Arena Snorkel
\- Arena Hand Paddles
\- Long Blade Fins (NO short blade fins)
**All equipment can be purchased at The Swim Guy under the SBS Equipment List!**

**NO RSVP, NO ENTRY!** Make sure you **RSVP** on the event by **6pm every Monday**, or else you will not be permitted to swim practice. Late/no RSVPs will not be admitted since we need to assign lanes accordingly.

**Begg Pool Package purchase required in advance. Drop-in sessions are no longer available, so packages must be purchased on this event page BEFORE each pool session.**

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY — THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT
By registering for and participating in South Bay Squad (SBS) team pool swims at Torrance Aquatic Center, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in swim practices and related activities involves inherent risks of injury, illness, or death, including but not limited to:

Drowning or near-drowning
Slips, trips, and falls on wet or uneven surfaces
Collisions with other swimmers or pool structures
Overexertion, fatigue, heat-related illness
Exposure to communicable diseases
Equipment-related injury (including fins, paddles, snorkels, kickboards, and other gear)
I voluntarily assume full responsibility for these and all other risks, whether known or unknown, associated with my participation in pool swim practices.

Waiver & Release
I hereby waive, release, and discharge South Bay Squad, South Bay Squad Community, its coaches, directors, officers, members, volunteers, agents, and affiliates (collectively "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action, including costs and attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to my participation in these swim practices, even if caused by the negligence of any Released Party.

Health & Fitness to Participate
I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently trained for participation, and have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional. I will not participate if I am feeling ill, injured, or otherwise unfit to swim.

Equipment & Conduct
I understand that certain equipment is required for participation, as listed in the event description. I agree to bring and use appropriate equipment and participate in a safe, respectful, and sportsmanlike manner. I will follow all instructions given by the coaching staff and pool facility staff.

I understand that RSVP is mandatory before 6:00pm each Monday to participate in practice and that failure to RSVP or purchase a required swim package will result in denial of entry.

Photography & Media Release
I grant permission to the Released Parties to use photographs, videos, and other media of me taken during practices for promotional or informational purposes without compensation.

Acknowledgment of Understanding
I have read this Waiver and Release of Liability and fully understand its terms. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily giving up substantial legal rights by signing it.
