Grab your mixed doubles partner and come ready to compete, have some fun, and bring your best Halloween costume. 👻🎾

Whether you’re coming to win or for a fun Saturday on the courts, we’re bringing players together for a morning of mixed doubles, costumes, and if you aren’t competing, we’d love for you to come by to watch and support our club members! Additional vendors will be attending ~

Mixed doubles = 1 male + 1 female per team. Please adhere to these rules when registering. The amount of signups will determine the number & level of brackets. If you are in need of a partner, message me, and I can keep a list and try to pair you as best as possible! Please confirm your partner before signing up.

🎃 COSTUMES ENCOURAGED: Playable costumes are highly encouraged! If your costume isn’t court-friendly, make sure you can easily change out of it before play.

A few important notes:
• Professional players, coaches & academy leaders are not eligible to participate.
• Please be honest about your rating during signup.
• Review and accept all tournament terms before registering.

If singles is more your game, or you’d like to participate in both, stay tuned and save the date for our SINGLES TOURNAMENT on November 14! 👀

All matches will follow USTA rules and regulations.
Please note the following:
• No officials or referees will be present. Players are responsible for:

• Calling their own lines honestly and respectfully.
• Keeping their own score throughout the match.
• Resolving any disputes courteously — replay the point if needed.
  • Sportsmanship: Good conduct is expected at all times. Unsportsmanlike behavior may result in penalties or default.
  • Number of sets played will be determined by amount of sign-ups.

By registering, you agree to the liability waiver, partner agreement clause for the Released Parties & Tournament Organizers, photo/video consent, physical condition clause, and code of conduct. These terms also apply to any partner listed in your registration.
