Join Lumara Wellness Club, USTA Florida, and Lake Cane Tennis Center for Sculpt & Serve- a women’s-only morning of movement, tennis, and community inspired by the energy of the US Open.

We’ll split into two groups for two 30-minute sessions: an all-levels Lumara mat Pilates class and a high-energy tennis cardio clinic. Halfway through, we’ll switch so everyone gets the full Sculpt & Serve experience.

Never played tennis? No experience necessary. The clinic is designed to be fun and approachable for every level.

And we’ve got the essentials covered: mats, rackets, and water will all be provided. Just show up ready to move, meet some new faces, and have fun on the court.
