Step into a day of **movement, music, and meaningful connection** at the **Seattle Wellness Block Party**. We’re bringing the community together for an **indoor/outdoor celebration** of everything that nourishes the **mind, body, and soul**.

Community health is in decline - **1 in 3 adults report loneliness, 23% struggle with** **mental health**, and Seattle scores just **56/100 in social cohesion**.

We’re here to change that.

The **Wellness Block Party** is more than just a gathering — it’s a movement to make healthy living **social, sexy, and accessible**. Together, we’re creating space for **connection, play, and holistic well-being.**
